Marc Bouwer was one of the first designers District 5 worked with back in 2010. Shortly after the brand pulled away from retail and sourced dressing only the elite and celebrities. Not just any celebrities, but the likes of Angelina Jolie, Whitney Houston, Shania Twain, Oprah, Paris Hilton, The Kardashians, and the list goes on.
