By submitting your order online to District 5 Boutique, you agree to our Policies, Terms and Conditions. District 5 Boutique Management reserves the right to change prices for Gowns/Dresses displayed at the www.district5boutique.com at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

District 5 Boutique offers worldwide shipping. For Pre order / Special order, the shipping method applies as soon as your order is ready to ship, and this is not part of the production timeline. Overseas customers is/are required to show a government-issued photo ID as a form of identification and for customs purposes only. The photo must match the person tendering the shipment.

District 5 Boutique monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at District 5 Boutique in all instances.

Order Processing

Orders placed after 2pm on Monday-Thursday, will be processed the next day. Orders placed Friday after 2pm (along with Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on Monday or Tuesday morning. Orders ship out Monday-Friday (not on weekends). If a transaction has been flagged by our payment processor, District 5 Boutique may request Cardholder identification. If the identification is expired or does not match the name on the Card, or if the Cardholder does not provide identification, District 5 Boutique may decide whether to accept the order or not.

Discounts

Discounts must be applied before checkout.
Retroactive application of discounts to completed orders is not possible.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may incur customs and import duties upon arrival.
Recipients are responsible for paying any such charges.
Charges vary by country; contact local customs offices for details.

Shipping regulations ping differ by country. It is the customer's responsibility to verify shipping regulations with local customs offices.
District 5 Boutique is not liable for any damages resulting from improper international shipping practices.

Production Time-Frame

The time frame for gown production is predicated upon the complexity of the design, the availability of requisite materials, and the current production workload. This time frame is an estimate and shall not be construed as a binding guarantee. It is acknowledged that unforeseen delays may arise, thereby affecting the production schedule.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

Before proceeding with the checkout process, the customer is required to affirmatively acknowledge their acceptance of the terms and conditions, inclusive of the return policy, herein referred to as the "Agreement". It is incumbent upon customers to meticulously peruse and comprehend the provisions outlined within said Agreement prior to initiating any order placement. It is expressly emphasized that customers retain autonomy in this regard and are not subjected to coercion, given the alternative option to establish a personal account with District 5 Boutique.
